The credit bureaus recently enacted new requirements for third party vendors like us to provide credit reports to creditors such as yourself. We are working with the credit reporting bureaus to satisfy their new requirements. We expect to have this page up and running again shortly.

In the meantime, please e-mail us that you wish to pull your borrower's credit report as soon as we are back up and running. We will contact you only when we can generate a report for you.

The price of the report may increase or decrease depending on any new pricing and documentation required by the credit bureaus from the creditor. The price for each report was $30 for a single borrower and $45 for a husband and wife combined on one report.
